RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
- Take accurate food and drinks orders
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Serve food and drink orders
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
- Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviours
- Support to maximize the profitability of the outlet
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have work experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Willing to work shifts
